1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MarketRecon, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

MarketRecon is a market research and ad intelligence platform for e-commerce sellers. We provide tools for market analysis, ad copy generation, ad grading, competitor analysis, review analysis, and related features. Results are generated using automated systems and should be used as guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use paid features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All plans include a 5-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start a trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and won't be charged. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews until you cancel. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has usage limits for specific features (analyses, ad grades, copy generations, etc.). Limits reset monthly. If you exceed your limits, you'll need to upgrade or wait for the next reset. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use MarketRecon to: create misleading or fraudulent advertising, scrape or resell our data, reverse engineer the platform, use automated bots to access the service, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using MarketRecon (ad copy, hooks, analysis results) belongs to you. The MarketRecon platform, design, and underlying technology belong to us. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform itself.

8. Disclaimer

MarketRecon provides market intelligence and ad recommendations. We don't guarantee specific results, ROAS improvements, or sales outcomes. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control. Use our recommendations as one input in your decision-making.

9. Limitation of Liability

MarketRecon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
